FAQ ABOUT ADVENTURE PARK

Is previous experience with adventure parks required?

No. The park is unique, and you couldn’t have gotten the same experience from anywhere else. In addition, each person undergoes a safety briefing before being allowed on the trails. This is all the preparation you need for climbing.

How long does it take to complete the tracks?

Approximately two hours.

Who can climb which tracks?

Children with the height up to 115 cm can climb the children’s park free of charge.

Children with the height 115–140 cm can climb the first four tracks.

Starting from the height 140 cm you can climb all six tracks.

What equipment does the ticket price include?

The ticket price includes all the necessary safety equipment for climbing – a safety belt and a life vest when descending into the water.

How does the safety equipment work when landing into the water?

Each person is given the standard safety equipment. When landing into the water, in addition to the safety belt, people are wearing life vests. After having landed, you will climb out of the water. Only then you can take off the safety equipment.

Is there a time limit to completing the tracks?

No.

Can you climb with rain or thunder?

The tracks are more slippery when it’s raining, but that is not a restriction. It is even more fun and slightly more thrilling to climb when it’s slippery. That also applies for snow. However, you cannot climb with thunder or a big storm for safety reasons.

Can a child go climbing without an adult?

Yes, but a child under the age of 14 years needs a written permission of a parent or a responsible adult. The child will undergo a safety briefing and there are instructors present in the park who can assist when necessary. The instructors will not go on the tracks with the child.

What to wear for climbing?

Both for comfort and safety reasons we recommend wearing sporty clothes and closed shoes.

Can you bring a bag or a phone on the tracks?

Yes, you can bring a phone or a camera, but it is definitely more comfortable to climb without them. Carrying a backpack or a shoulder bag is forbidden. You are allowed a belt bag, but it might be uncomfortable for you.

Do you need to make an appointment for climbing?

Making a reservation is suggested for larger groups (6 members or more). With making a reservation, you ensure that you don’t have to wait, and you will be taken care of as a priority. You are also very welcome without a reservation, but then you simply need to take a possible waiting time (maximum 30 minutes) into consideration.

Is there anything else you should know?

We recommend wearing gloves, preferably with anti-slip palms.
